Absolute Smash Repairs
Farooq runs Absolute Smash Repairs with his wife, and as a family business you get the benefit of small and efficient. The job was done to a very high standard and I particularly liked how well Farooq explained what he would be doing with the repair in his DingGo quote, which was very reasonable. The repair actually involved more work than the photos showed (some internal damage and some part challenges), as well as a complex paint job, so it was impressive that Farooq held to the original quote. The repair was also WAY WAY faster than the last job I did through insurance - two days for the main repair, then one quick 5 minute visit to fit the extra part. Note also that the repair shop is a short walk to the station, so very convenient. Overall, a very positive experience!

Car Caring
All in all, very professional and saved me money by only repairing the parts that needed to (rather than the whole side mirror). They come to you which is so convenient. Communication was plentiful, except when they were in their Xmas shutdown and hadn't informed DingGo - this lead to my booking being delayed by a couple of weeks without any communication. But once they were back, they were very efficient and did a good job. Highly recommend
