as this was a fleet car insurance repair, I cannot comment on cost or value for money, however as a staff member who arranged the repair with the repairer at the local end, I had a terrific service from the repairer both at an admin/ customer care end (Cathy) and the workmanship (Jon) as well as estimated time to have the car off the road and status updates whilst waiting for parts. Little's Smash Repairs were a top-class repairer.
