We have adopted the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act
). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, car registration and credit card information.
We collect Personal Information for the purpose of conducting our business of hosting, managing and maintaining an online platform as contemplated in our Terms and Conditions, providing our range of services to you, improving those Services, providing information to our Suppliers (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), and promotional and marketing activities. We may also collect Personal Information for the purpose of disclosing it to third parties who provide services directly to us, including third parties that provide our payment gateway, marketing, logistics and technology support services.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including face to face, by telephone, by email, via our website www.DingGo.com.au, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, and from cookies. The information collected through cookies is used to track anonymous usage of our website, for authentication purposes and to tailor the Platform to user preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. If you reject cookies, you may still use our website, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site might be limited.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting it, who we will give it to and how we will use or disclose it. Alternatively, those matters will be obvious from the circumstances.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
We will generally use or disclose your Personal Information for the primary purpose for which it was collected (as set out in clause 1 above). We may also use or disclose your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

We will not charge a fee for your access request, but reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for searching for and providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to you.
