The end product was akin to a brand new car, thank you Joe and team at Sheens. Brilliant return. Some constructive advice I offer is that I only received a message from Ding Go after I had called Sheens to check on the status of the vehicle, as opposed to a proactive approach. As I said, constructive advice for comms improvement, but otherwise a great job. Thank you

They were very easy to deal with and willing to work around what was convenient for me. They did an excellent job repairing the damaged panel, and even removed sticker marks from other panels, leaving my vehicle shining.

The repairer was very professional and did a good job on the car. The repair time was significant, however the expectations were set at the start of the process and managed throughout and had a replacement vehicle so there was no impact. I was very impressed at the convenience of car pick up once the repair was completed - Ben made it very easy.
Excellent & professional communication throughout, would highly recommend.
