The repairer John was very professional and knowledgeable, touching base with me throughout the days between booking and repair. On the repair day he was in and out with no fuss and made sure I was happy with the job whilst he was completing it and put my mind at ease with any questions I threw his way. The dingo team was very helpful when trying to get my photos online and the lady I dealt with made it a swift and easy process. The repair workman was very good and easy to work with. The only criticism I would have of Dingo and not of the workman is that the quote should have covered repair for scope of replacing the whole effected panel as job is not 100% and noticeable. This is not the fault of the workman. Workman said if you want it 100% than recommend to replace the effected panel. other than that I am happy with the job and ease of which I could get this done.

John Jovanovic was our repairer. He was excellent. Explained everything very clearly. There was a need for another part and a bit more repair. He showed us the broken part and he was totally correct. So Honest. He ordered the part and picked it up and then came back to finish the job at an agreed time. Extra cost was also very reasonable and low, mainly for the part . The whole process was easy. We would HIGHLY recommend him to fix any damage to a car. Very happy with the job, thank you John.
